Can Love Survive Anorexia?

When 9-year-old Hannah steps forward at her school concert to sing a song she wrote herself about summer, no one would have predicted where she would be nine years later: in a hospital bed being tube-fed, dangerously ill through self-inflicted starvation.

How has Hannah got like this? What will happen to her?

As she appears to get better, will her blossoming love affair with Theo create the life she thought she could never have? Or will the destructive drive of anorexia prove too strong?

When Strawberries Are Not Enough shines a rare spotlight on a devastating illness in a thrilling new musical written by Teddington resident, Charley Williams, herself a survivor of anorexia.
