My husband and I remarked that the bench in shelter where John has been staying has been switched so that there is an arm rest to make two seats so effectively he can't lie down in the evening.  Is…Continue

New pavement outside new houses on Manor Gardens/Cardinals Walk

Question about the new pavement being installed in front of the two new houses on Manor Gardens and in front of the off street parking for one of these houses on Cardinals Walk.  Was this paid for by the developer or was this requested by the developer and put in/paid for by the council.  And if it was the latter, how may I request the replacement of my uneven and wonky pavement in front of my home on Cardinals Walk so it looks snazzy to attract potential buyers? :-)  Hope someone can help…See More

"Hi John - sorry I didn't see this earlier.  I would be more than happy to puchase a new chess set for mighty Hampton Care team.  If you give me an address and a name to send the package, I will have Amazon do the rest. "

"There is at least one Cycle Routes book that includes DHP. RP want to avoid admitting that the passage is used by cyclists. The same "locals will know" argument could be made more strongly about Woodland Gardens."

Roger Merriman replied to Deb's discussion Duke's Head Passage - enforcement of bylaws
"I’m not sure I’m that worried about the woodlands gardens, it in many ways make sense so people know before entering the first gate. in terms of the signage again it seems fine, realistically most using it will be local, it’s not…"

Paul Luton replied to Deb's discussion Duke's Head Passage - enforcement of bylaws
"Thanks There are 2 issues 1) The pedestrian priority sign that RP actually used does not show a bicycle at all unlike those in the Sustrans report. 2) RP have put a "no cycling in Woodland Gardens" sign outside the entry to Dukes Head…"
