CPZ Teddington

Teddington are having a consultation about CPZ, the one thing they have which Hampton doesn't have are car parks.  WE desperately need one, as I have said in another thread, half the people in Avenue Road tonight are from the new builds in Station Road, leaving less room for the people that actually live in this road.  New builds need more parking spaces and/or a car park.  People in the flats above Hampton Bathrooms (plus their employees) park in our road, they have a very large car park, why…See More

Why does the council allow bilding works

Why does the council allow building works to start at the same time? We have one starting on one side of  Avenue Road at the same time as the other starting in Belgrade?  They are both starting on the 3rd February.  I will have building works behind me and in front of me, I will be sandwiched  between the two, I will not be able to get away from the noise.  I have no objection to those that wish to extend, but at the same time is not fair on those of us that wish to live a quiet lifeSee More

Transport Madness

Posted on August 8, 2017 at 10:40 0 Comments

Obviously no one is talking to each other!!!  We all knew about the trains.  I sensibly made appointments at Kingston Hospital around the train dates.  Unfortunately one urgent one cropped up and I made it late enough to get 2 buses.  To my horror I have since found out that all the buses are in chaos due to road works in Kingston.  I needed to get to the bus station, not so, no buses going there.  I have no idea where the stops are from Kingston up to the hospital.  Could they not have done…
