Just after 6am. Off to bushy park for a 3 mile run,Then a 6mile bike ride, Starting to think about introducing swimming as part of the exercise programme. All this started as a walk round the park.

Extra early start today, To do one of my favourite jobs; Area rugs, The smallest of which was 6' x 4' and the biggest 12' x 6' approx. and including 1 silk rug. Weird thing is we havent done any rugs for a few weeks, 6 today and got 4 to do in the morning. All without water or chemicals and totally organic, check us out at: http://www.dryandclean.co.uk
