Bringing People Together
I am a crafty, textile artist nut who is looking for kindred spirits to knit, crochet, sew, weave, quilt and cause general textile joy over a glass of wine in the local Hampton area. For beginners and for old timers. Just a space to come together and make lovely fibre things... any takers?

Hi Emma and Samantha,
I would really love to be in a craft group and make lovely fibre things! I also can only do evenings as well, though not Wednesdays.
Hi ladies, Hampton Women's Institute have a Knitting/textile group which meets monthly in a local pub. Very friendly and lots of fun! If you log onto the WI Hampton Website you can find out all about it. Why not join the WI aswell? We meet monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at the White House, Hampton. Why not try us and come along as a "guest" ? Hope to met you.
Hi Emma
I would love to meet up and get to know like-minded craft fans. I machine sew and am trying to learn dressmaking and knitting. I'm always looking for inspiration and maybe we could swap ideas and skills! I work too so evenings would be great for me -Fridays or Mondays would be ideal. There are several nice places to meet up around Hampton, what do you think? Thanks again, Cass :0)
I would love to join. Most evenings would be good for me. Please contact me with details of where and when.
Hello fellow stitchers.
I have only just found you!!!
Hampton WI craft group meet in the Rising Sun pub , Hampton Hill, on the 4th Tuesday of the Month.
Our next meeting is Tuesday 25th June. I'll be there from about 7:30. The pub is usually quiet on a Tuesday and the landlord very accommodating as we stitch as chat drinking our wine or coffee.
Pop in and say Hi, or bring your current stitching project with you and sit a while and stitch. For those without a current project we will be looking at crochet Granny Squares!
I look forward to meeting if you can make it.
