There seems to be a policy certainly in central London of having separate lanes for cyclists. In Kingston I've seen mixed pedestrian and cyclist areas.I have noticed recently in Hampton and surrounding areas a significant  increase of mostly youths cycling on the pavement in areas which I would have thought were reserved for pedestrians only.I may be wrong, but I assume that pavements are exclusively for pedestrians, and cyclists are only permitted where explicitally stated.Are cyclists…See More
